JOB DESCRIPTIONS :

The number one person in the kitchen, the Head Chef/Kitchen Manager assists the Restaurant Manager in managing all day to day kitchen operations.

Actively in charge to open and close the kitchen and ensures that all food safety and consistency issues are being controlled.

Responsible for creating the weekly schedule for the kitchen Staff as well as coordinating their monthly training plan.

Responsible for conducting monthly food inventory and controlling food costs.

Responsible for maintain the equipment. And generally responsible for hygiene and sanitation for all the kitchen area and crew.

REQUIREMENTS :

Maximum 38 years old

Formal culinary training preferred (min. Diploma in culinary / hospitality)

Minimum of 3 years experience as a Head Chef or 5 Years of Sous Chef from reputable Catering

Strong leadership & communication skills

Communicates effectively in both English and Indonesian

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook/Email)

Passion for cooking and creativity to improve quality, productivity, and cost control

Prepare and produce high quality food (taste and appearance) using standard recipes and portions set by company qualification

Willing to work late hours. Physically and mentally fit.

Willing to be Placed at Ciloto, Puncak (Mess Provided)
