We are an international industrial laundry service company. We are highly specialized in garment dyeing. To capitalize on a new opportunity and to further strengthen our operations, currently we are looking for competent and result oriented professionals for the below vacancy:

SENIOR FINANCE AND ACCOUNTING OFFICER (SRAGEN - CENTRAL JAVA)

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the daily financial activities of the company

Implement properly applicable taxes for the Company, including set up good relationship with Auditors.

Maintain financial facilities and Cash Flows & maintain good working relationships with Banks.

Adhere strictly to financial policies and strategic directives to ensure that all costs and expenses are within the budgeted account.

Provide monthly reporting of management information and financial statements, including comparisons to budgets.

Oversee Annual Auditing of financial statements (through Public Accountant)

Consolidate accounts for monthly closing through the Accounting system

Set up an efficient and fast approval process for procurement

Supervise the finance & accounting department, including: set and maintain SOPs and train the staff

Requirements:

Male / Female, maximum 40 years old

Bachelor’s degree in accounting from reputable university

Minimum 10 years working experience and minimum 5 years in supervisory level, preferably in garment industry and in multinational company.

Team work attitude with good interpersonal relationship skill, self motivated, resourceful and creative problem-solver.

A team player, but able to work independently;

Handle pressure well

Possess good leadership skills: able to motivate staff, to train and set a good example;

Possess excellent IT skills (Microsoft Office, internet and accounting software)

Willing to be placed in Sragen

Proficient computer skills including the ability to use Microsoft Office and accounting software.

Detail oriented

Fluent in English (both oral and written)
