Maintenance Engineering Manager
Job responsibilities:
- Ensure all electrical instrument and engineering/ machinery are working properly
- Oversee and develop in electrical and engineering area on a continuous base
- Supervise and produce continuously in the maintenance system, including human resource on electrical, engineering and sustenance
- Responsible and monitoring the realization of monthly and annual budget
- Develop comprehensive database of equipment or machinery, production of the mill
- Review annual budget and subordinates’ performances
Job requirements:
- Male, max 45 years old
- Min. Bachelor degree graduate in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related major
- Having experience min. 10 years operating experience in Factory Operation, Maintenance in continuous operation – manufacture company.
- Possess a solid knowledge and expertise in technology and electrical sectors, including resolving the troubles throughout the factory, repair and maintenance the equipments
- Expertise in maintenance plan program through CMMS/ Oracle
- Fluent communication in English is a MUST
- Excellent communication skill and interpersonal skill
- Willing to be placed in Cilegon, Banten
